How to Get Started with TerraEye

 This guide will walk you through the process of signing up, logging in, and subscribing to TerraEye's services.

1. Sign Up

To create a new account:
  1. Navigate to the TerraEye website
  2. Click on the "Sign Up" button.


  3. Fill in the required information (e.g., name, email, password).


  4. Agree to the terms of service.
  5. Click "Create Account".


2. Log In

Once you have an account:

  1. Go to the TerraEye login page.
  2. Enter your email and password.
  3. Click "Log In".


3. Explore Demo Sites

After logging in:

  1. You'll be taken to the dashboard.
  2. Here, you'll find demo sites showcasing TerraEye's capabilities.
  3. Take some time to explore these demos to understand the platform's features.


4. Create a New Order and Subscribe

To start using TerraEye's services:

  1. Click on "+Exploration Area" to open the World Map screen.


  2. Name your new project.
  3. Select the quarter of the year with the least greenery and no snow.
  4. Choose your commodity and license type.


  5. Draw your Area of Interest (AOI) on the map.


  6. Decide on data processing options:
    • Sentinel-2 only: Uses 1 calculation point per 1km².
    • Sentinel-2 and EMIT: Uses 2 calculation points per 1km².
  7. Start a trial by connecting your credit card (processed securely through Stripe).




5. Working with Processed Data

After successful payment processing:

  1. You can now order this analysis and additional analytics.
  2. For detailed instructions on working with processed data, please refer to our separate guide.

Additional Information

  • EMIT processing is available for all subscription tiers but uses twice the calculation points.
  • Any additional processing ordered later will use the same calculation point system.
  • All payments are securely processed through Stripe.
